David MorganManaging Partner
David has over thirty-five years of management experience, held senior leadership positions with several global technology companies, and has over twenty years’ experience serving as the chief financial officer of various public and privately held companies. He has served as the CFO of companies ranging in size from the startup, pre-revenue phase through the mature, Fortune-50 level in the information technology, software development, systems integration, nanotechnology, staffing, cleantech, financial technology, alternative energy, and telecommunications industries.
Most recently David served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Capfex, Inc., a financial technology firm.
David received his B.A. in Economics and Political Science from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. He completed graduate work in corporate finance, business valuation, and mergers & acquisitions at the University of Michigan's Ross School of Business.
Mohammad Alzaman
Associate
Mohammad has over ten years of experience in a variety of increasingly responsible roles in the financial and capital markets sectors. He has deep expertise in corporate financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
Mohammad’s professional experience includes positions of significant responsibility at BlackRock, Inc. and JPMorgan Chase & Co. in addition to private equity and capital markets companies. He has a broad range of technical analysis experience working with numerous accounting and financial reporting platforms, including Bloomberg, Cognos, and Hyperion Essbase.
Most recently, Mohammad served as Manager – Capital US/Europe & TPG Energy Solutions at TPG Capital, LP in Fort Worth, Texas. In this role, he supported TPG Capital’s largest investment platform, its CFO, chief of staff, and leadership committee regarding corporate planning, human capital, and overall P&L management and profitability.
Mohammad received his B.B.A. in Economics from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
